About Ahmad |
Ahmad Ahmad was born 1979 in Najaf Iraq. He came to Sweden 1989 and he moved to Malmö 1990 with his parents and siblings. He started to play rugby in 1991 where his courage and speed soon made him a valuable asset to the team and he participated when the team successfully won the Swedish as well as the Nordic Youth Championships. He also tried out basketball, in spite of his mediocre length (169cm), and played soccer in several of the citys teams. From his experience with various sports, Ahmad came to realise the importance of a strong physique, and that in order to reach success one must dare to challenge the odds and to never be afraid. His interest in lifting weights started one day when he was thrown out of the local gym because he was to small (14 years and 45kg!). Stubborn as he
is, Ahmad soon got a hold of a 1kg dumbbell and started doing concentration
curls, 100 reps per arm! Pushups soon followed as part of the routine
and eventually he visited one of the old school gyms of Malmö the
cave where most of the citys bodybuilders once started out.
He soon came to realise that he was one of those who easily respond
to weightlifting and his interest into becoming a serious bodybuilder
became his ambition. He started out as so many others with reading and
learning about nutrition and various work
out strategies. There
is no one to blame for your mistakes or faulty physique and in order
to succeed you must be disciplined, focused and create goals. Qualities
that are also necessary in anyone's everyday life. His belief is also
that bodybuilding for many people is a way of life, and a way to find
a personality and the ideal for those who need to learn about a good
health and proper diet. On his spare time, Ahmad enjoys spending time
with his family and to watch his brothers play soccer. Finally, I hope you enjoy some of my pictures and please fell free to contact me through email ahmad@ahmad.se Best
